Role Description:
Mission:
Ensure an effective interface with the client, monitor the services performance (KPI), implement effectively the Maintenance
Contract in line with contractual aspect and budgetary constraints
Ensure that company policy and Project strategy are effectively cascaded, and targets are timely achieved
Ensure coordination of activities and resources for the supply of offshore/onshore maintenance and/or modification servicesand onshore fabrication services
Tasks:
Project Coordination
Follow up cost control procedure, invoicing process, budgeting complying with the Contract requirements and Employer procedures
Supervise, administrate and validate subcontractors and internal activities, including progress reports, timekeeping, invoicing and cost control
Technical Support/Methods
Ensure that operating and maintenance procedures and tools employed by his staff are appropriate and, if necessary, suggest improvements to the Client PM
Anticipate potential problems that could occur in the plant, in close relationship with the Maintenance Site Repr. in order to prevent non-productive operations or RH movement
The Maintenance Service Project Coordinator ensure coordination between maintenance Operations and Planning/ logistic travel team
Provide his local Management on site with contract activities reports
Team Management
Ensure the correct behaviour of his teams in accordance to general safety regulations of the company and, if needed, take the necessary corrective measures
With the assistance of Contractor support functions, organise the crew change schedule (admin, logistics, etc), and be involved on the recruitment and interview process
Support the resource scheduling, staffing and participate to identify the top performers
Lead the Competence Assurance system, including annual appraisals, train the trainer programs and coach
Develop continuously his team members and identify the training needs
Check the validity of mandatory individual certifications and qualifications
Manage Nationalization plan (succession plan) and propose adjustments and improvements
HSE
Ensure that the team has the necessary competencies for safe execution of the assigned work
Promote HSE culture via strong safety leadership, ensuring all activities are undertaken with full knowledge of company commitment to health, safety and environment

Be responsible for supporting the close out of any gaps in the competency standards for all team members
Tasks
Maintenance Execution
Ensure that the services are carried out in strict compliance with Company and Client current HSE rules
Plan Preventive and Corrective Maintenance operations (routine and short-term)
Co-ordinate all Contractor personnel for the smooth execution of the services
Report and/or advise the FMS, and/or the Maintenance Site Repr. on Daily bases
Maintenance planning
Anticipate, plan and request the logistical means necessary for smooth maintenance operations, taking into account the various constraints when planning and carrying out operations
Take part of site co-ordination meetings
