Work Experience:
Work experience in LNG and projects of equal complexity ( including process, mechanical, rotating equipment and piping)
Experience in conducting and leading HSE assessments and workshops,
Experience in developing HSE processes ( HSE Plans, HSE Case, Bow Tie Analysis, Safety Critical Elements and Performance Standards)
Experience in performing Human Factors Engineering  according to OGP Guidelines
Extensive field experience in EXECUTE stage and and a working knowledge of industry practices and regulations
Environmental experience

Main Job Responsibilities:
Ensuring design, engineering and construction activities are conducted in accordance with Client HSE requirements, HSE requirements, legislation etc…

Mission
Ensure correct development, management and improvement of Project HSE Management System throughout the
engineering and development phases (EPIC) of the project
Plan and coordinate the activities of all HSE personnel working both in design and on sites
Define criteria and references for developing project HSE plans and for undertaking specific studies and global analysis
evaluating plant/platform performance in normal operating and upset conditions
Tasks
Ensure that all design and construction activities carried out by Company are conducted in strict accordance with the Client
HSE Requirements, Company HSE Standards, applicable local legislation, International Standards (ISO14001and OSHAS18001)
Staff and manage HSE design and site personnel
