We are urgently looking for two Commissioning Board Operators, who would be able to start work as soon as possible.
While the LNG experience isn’t essential, it is really very strongly preferred.
Relevant experience as well as the following skills:
Yokogawa
ABB
DCS
Due to the length of time it takes to issue visas and the urgency of these roles, we are currently interested in European or Western candidates only.
(I’m aware that with the salaries offered, the pool of candidates may be narrowed- therefore please note that the salary rate is negotiable depending on the candidate’s suitability (however, please note that unrealistic and out-of-budget expectations will have to be declined)
We are only looking for candidates who will be available to start work in Poland by the end of November 2015 a later availability will not be considered.

Position: Commissioning Board Operator - 4
Scope of duties:
1 operating/ monitoring the system/ panel in control room which includes but is not limited to:
Defining action from the control room, instructing external operator, reporting to supervisor anomalies if any
Perform action to grant safety of the machinery and issue the maintenance work permits
2. planning tests and analyzing its results,
3. updating control room documentation.
Requirements:
1. Experienced in the panel room operation, DCS- Distributed Control System,
2. certification for supervision of equipment, installation and network according to the area of activity:
Electro- energy equipment certification for supervision)
Heating/ energy equipment certification for supervision
Gas equipment certification for supervision
3. Demonstrate effective leadership, communication and interpersonal skills,
4. Demonstrate effective problem solving and analytical skills,
5. Good knowledge of English,
6. Good level of computer skills.

Experienced pre commissioning manager with piping back ground leading more than 30 team members
Having responsibility to manage over all pre commissioning activities up to hand over as manager of "Project Owner" or "EPC Contractor" for off-site/ utility facility coordinating with multi packages
Pre commissioning activities for inter connecting piping(steam blow, chemical cleaning), import/export tanks, Cooling towers, flares, sub stations, central control buildings and marine loading facilities
Familiar with detail method statement for each discipline activities for pre commissioning and commissioning
Preferably having knowledge/experience of Completion management system, inter discipline turn over, facility hand over, start up, plant operation
(Native English is preferred)
He shall be familiar with Precommissioning activities for Utilities system that include :
1) Piping system (Hydrotest, Drying, Steam Blowing, boxing).

3) Instrument (Loop Checking and SAT functions).

About the Petro-Rabigh Project:
The Rabigh Phase II Project involves the expansion of the current existing Petro Rabigh's Refining and Petrochemical Complex located approximately 150km north of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The project will witness the expansion of the existing ethane cracker, construction of an aromatic complex and an ethylene cracker debottlenecking plant. It will further enable the complex to produce 30 million cubic feet per day of ethane and three million tons of naphtha per year, which will be used as feedstock to produce a variety of petrochemical products. The plant is set to produce an estimated 300,000t of ethylene per year.
Production facilities will also be constructed for petrochemical products such as ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM), thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO), methyl methacrylate (MMA) monomer, polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA), low density polyethylene / ethylene vinyl acetate (LDPE / EVA), cumene, phenol, superabsorbent polymer (SAP), caprolactam, nylon-6 and polyols. Some of these products will be manufactured for the first time in the country.

MISSION
Ensure the execution of the head office activities concerning precommissioning, commissioning, start up, test run and handing over of the plant to the Client according to contractual requirements and
project objectives in terms of safety, quality, budget and schedule
Manage site activities such as commissioning and start up. Ensure compliance of the activities for which is responsible with the established process and HSE requirements, while respecting the relative time and cost targets
TASKS
Ensure the management of commissioning and start up preparation home office activities, coordinating with all project disciplines as needed
Review contractual documentation. Identify the project requirements and constraints and participates to Risk and Opportunity sessions
Take part in project planning and scheduling. Prepare and keep up to date the pre commissioning, commissioning, start up
and test run execution plans, procedures and integrated schedule, including the mobilization of personnel and the temporary logistic required to comply with the project scope of work
Define commissioning Systems and hand over priorities
Ensure the respect of the budget during the home office activity, as well as at site. Elaborate tools and method of control.
Ensure the issue of work progress reports for the part he is responsible for. Ensure the verification of the KPI during the entire Project activity
Take part in the project meetings and review meetings to make sure that the commissioning requirements have been duly complied with
Review the test run (performance test) procedures and operating manuals prepared by the project process leaders.
Participate to HAZOP reviews where deemed necessary.
Review the 3D Model for compliance with the pre-commissioning,
commissioning, start up requirements and for accessibility and operability
Review and / or define the Licensors / Vendors schedule and assignment, concerning the pre-commissioning, commissioning, start up and test run activities
Define and review the commissioning tools, temporary equipment, specialized sub-contracts, spare parts, first fills and consumables. Liaise with Procurement for all commercial aspects.
Ensure, at site, the management of commissioning and start up activities, coordinating the activities carried out by Contractors, Suppliers, and third parties, availing with the assistance of Construction Manager, if deemed necessary
Ensure the mobilization of manpower and resources of all natures and sources, and allocate such resources to the commissioning and completion teams
Assist the Construction Manager in the phases of completion of construction and pre-commissioning. Coordinate the handover to Commissioning in accordance with the priorities
Support the HSE Manager for the aspects falling within his area of responsibility and for the preparation of the general HSE Plan. Promote and ensure the application of the HSE Manual for the activities falling into his sphere of responsibility.
Approve work permits in Commissioning Controlled Areas
Organize, jointly with the HSE Manager, the pre start up Safety reviews
Organize and performs the contractual test runs
Assist the Site Manager in the plant hand over activities
Ensure the transfer of the Lesson Learned to the home office
